PERSONALIZED JEWELRY TIMELINE

Personalized Jewelry orders take 1-3 weeks. Please note that shipping is not included in this time frame and our timeline might be extended during peak seasons.

HAND-MADE LEATHER BAGS/BACKPACKS TIMELINE

Hand-crafted leather bags/backpacks will be shipped within 24 hours according to the shipping option you selected. Please note our timeline might be extended during peak seasons.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING OPTIONS

We offer Free USPS Shipping as well as expedited shipping payment options for all of our products. Available shipping options noted at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS

We ship internationally, but please note that we declare the actual value on the customs form and we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time frame, as international orders have to go through customs. We are not responsible for any additional fees or service charges incurred by customs or your chosen mail carrier.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Returning shipping is free when returning merchandise within the U.S. using the provided prepaid return label attached to your packing slip.

Return/Store Credit Rules

  • We accept returns of product shipped within the United States and Canada only. We do not accept returns for items shipped internationally.
  • Returns/Store Credit for merchandise must be made within 30 days of purchase in order to receive a full refund or store credit.
  • Product must be in its original condition and undamaged. If an error occurs on our end, we will remake/replace the piece free of charge or issue a refund or store credit.
  • We do not support returns, re-ships, or re-credits for items shipped internationally.

Return Exchange Restrictions

  • We do not accept returns for items shipped internationally.

Price Adjustments

  • Price adjustments will be honored within 7 days of the original purchase date and will be refunded in the original form of payment.

Returns from the U.S.

Every Stephen David Leonard piece is handmade from the finest materials. We stand behind our product 100% and want you to be completely happy with it. We are happy to offer you store credit or a refund within 30 days of the delivery date of your order.

  • Complete the returns section of the original packing slip.
  • If you are returning an item that was shipped to you as a gift, you may choose to receive store credit for the refunded amount. In order to do so, you must include your email address in the returns area of the packing slip.
  • Pack the items securely in the original packaging when possible
  • Enclose the returns portion of the original packaging slip with the item. Make a copy for your records.
  • Attach the pre-paid return label included with your packing slip.
  • Contact us at [email protected] if your return label was misplaced.

 Once we process your returned package, we will send you an email with your credit. All credits take 2-3 business days to appear on your statement.
