Every Stephen David Leonard piece is handmade from the finest materials. We stand behind our product 100% and want you to be completely happy with it. Please allow 1-3 weeks for the creation of your custom jewelry; note that shipping is not included in that timeframe. We would like to offer a friendly reminder that custom pieces are hand-stamped and imperfections add to the style.
Return shipping is free when returning merchandise within the U.S. using the provided prepaid return label attached to your packing slip. Product must be in its original condition and undamaged. If an error occurs on our end, we will replace/remake the piece free of charge or issue a refund or store credit. We do not support returns, re-ships, or re-credits for items shipped internationally. In the case of items damaged during an international shipment, please contact our customer service department at 1 (844) 913-7353.
If your item is damaged within 60 days of your order date please email us at email@example.com and we will be happy to help you. If you purchased our extended 3-year jewelry warranty, the terms are outlined below.
Extended 3-Year Warranty
This 3 year extended warranty will cover defects in workmanship or the materials. this plan will also cover problems associated with normal wear of your jewelry.
- This warranty includes the following: inspection, cleaning and refurbishing 2 times throughout the warranty; sizing; clasp repair or replacement; chain repair or replacement.
- What is not covered by the warranty? Jewelry that is damaged due to excessive wear or abuse will not be covered by this plan; jewelry repairs performed by any other jeweler will void this warranty; this plan does not cover theft, loss, abuse or accidental damage.
Changing An Order
Because each piece is custom made to order, once you check out, changes cannot be made. When you receive your piece, if you are not satisfied, we are happy to exchange it at no additional cost. We stand behind our product 100% and want you to be completely happy with it.
While stephendavidleonard.com constantly endeavors to provide accurate pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may still occur with respect to the products or services. Stephendavidleonard.com reserves the right to modify prices with respect to any such products or services without advance notice either prior to or after receipt of an order confirmation. Unintentional errors in advertised prices are not binding on stephendavidleonard.com, and may be modified by stephendavidleonard.com at any time. In the event that a product or service or any other transaction conducted via this website is listed at an incorrect price due to an error in pricing, stephendavidleonard.com shall have the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for such product or service. In the event that a product or service is mispriced, stephendavidleonard.com may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. It being clarified that stephendavidleonard.com shall have no further obligations towards you with respect thereto.
Coupons and Discounts
Coupons may not be combined and may not apply to any sale items unless otherwise explicitly stated. Promotional offers will be honored within 7 days of the original purchase date and price adjustments will be refunded in the original form of payment.
We take Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Paypal for payment.
Sales tax applies to all orders shipped or billed to a California address.
All available shipping methods, with stated timelines, can be found in the cart upon checkout. During peak seasons, expedited and rush shipping may not be available. International shipping can take 3-6 weeks and we are not responsible for items held up in customs. In the rare event your order is lost in transit once shipped, we are not responsible, but will do what we can to help you locate it. If you pay for expedited shipping but your order is stopped in our quality control department, causing it to be late, we will refund your shipping fee. We cannot change the shipping method once an order has been placed.
Occasionally items will go on back-order. We will let you know as soon as possible if this occurs. We cannot guarantee availability of any design.
